Academic Background:

Bachelor’s degree in:

• Information Systems

• Computer Science

• Software Engineering

• Systems Engineering

• Or another related field

Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of ERP experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development and support.

• Experience delivering end-to-end JDE solutions in production environments.

• Experience supporting system integrations, reporting, and analytics.

• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues is highly valued.

🔴 WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE OF THIS POSITION?

You will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications that enable operational efficiency and business continuity across Latin America.

Your main challenges will include:

• Designing and enhancing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.

• Providing third-level support for production issues.

• Leading complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Performing technical analysis, coding, testing, and deployments following SDLC and change-control standards.

• Supporting monthly financial close activities alongside Finance and Accounting.

• Participating in regional ERP standardization initiatives.

• Supporting Power BI queries and integrations related to JDE.

• Coordinating and supporting JIRA-based requests for Colombia.

• Documenting system configurations, changes, and development activities.

• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
