A leading multinational Oil & Gas company is seeking an Executive VP with a strategic vision and proven leadership to drive growth and operational excellence in Saudi Arabia.
🚀Your Challenge:
Lead and optimize global operations, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and driving innovation and sustainability initiatives in the energy sector.
🎯Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate, and oversee all activities related to the President & CEO’s Office.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and handling of the President & CEO’s correspondence and communications.
Represent the President & CEO’s Office across internal departments and external stakeholders.
Work closely with Vice Presidents and Department Managers to ensure alignment and execution of executive initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison between the President & CEO and corporate planning, executive management, and key operational units.
Coordinate the development and follow-up of business and operating plans.
Interface with external entities, including suppliers, contractors, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and major partners.Support executive decision-making by preparing reports, presentations, and strategic summaries.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive corporate matters.
Assist in scheduling, prioritizing, and managing the President & CEO’s agenda and commitments.
Requirements:
20+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with at least 15 years in leadership roles.
Board membership experience in energy sector companies.
Strong knowledge of the global hydrocarbons market and energy transition trends. Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and crisis management skills in high-level corporate environments.
Availability to relocate to Saudi Arabia and lead operations from the corporate headquarters.
