🌟 Key Responsibilities: 

📋Commercial 

• Source vendors for medical equipment, healthcare supplies, furniture, computers, and other essential items for the clinic, waiting room, office areas, etc.
• Coordinate financial activities with the accountant. · Ensure sales team maintain and exceed KPI and targets. · Maintain and exceed corporate KPIs. 

📈 Operational. 

• Develop, maintain, and implement effective practice policies and procedures.
• Ensure polices and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations. 
• Supervise daily practice operations including patient and staff schedules, security, and occupational health and safety. 
• Ensure all medical records and other documentation are current and meet established standards. 
• Interact with patients as needed and address patient concerns/complaints.
• Develop and maintain a business continuity and disaster recovery plan. 
• Develop and maintain an asset register. 
• Ensure consumables and equipment are kept stocked and maintained to the manufacturer’s standards.
• Be a part of and contribute to a team environment.
• Develop relationships with physicians, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with physicians and owners to develop business strategies and patient services. 

👨‍⚕️Personnel. 

• Hire (in collaboration with Executive Management), train, and supervise administrative staff; conduct performance appraisals annually and as needed.
• Coordinate the interviewing and hiring of clinical staff as needed. 
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training, ensuring staff maintain current knowledge of IT, medical records, and other systems and procedures. 
• Establish and maintain personnel records; coordinate absences and ensure coverage. 
• Encourage employee motivation, professional development, and job satisfaction. 

🎓 Qualifications. 

• Physician with more than 5 years of experience in administrative, operational and health management.
• Previous clinical experience in a related environment. 
• An understanding of medical terminology, medical and allied health professions, and relevant stakeholders.
• An understanding of health and safety standards in the medical industry. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate and develop relationships with physicians, other medical professions, office personnel, and patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant software. 
• Mandatory / non-negotiable; only candidates with an advanced level of English (C1-C2) will be considered, which will be validated during the selection interviews. 
• 🌟 Desirable. · Experience in financial management, accounting systems, reporting processes, and payroll. · Current CPR training and certification. 
• Experience with software and electronic medical records.
